The bar at The Fox is a working bar — a fire in winter, a beer garden in summer, dogs welcome, kids welcome. The bar menu is built for any time of day: a sandwich and a pint at lunchtime, a sharing board with friends in the evening.

Do I need to book for the bar?
The bar is walk-in but tables can be booked if you’d like one held for you. Restaurant bookings are recommended, especially at weekends, but we always try to accommodate walk-ins subject to availability.
Are dogs welcome?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please let us know if you're bringing a dog when making the booking.
Is the bar menu served outside?
Yes — in the beer garden, weather permitting.
Are children welcome?
Of course — high chairs are available and we’re happy to do smaller portions of most dishes on request.
